I spent a few Springs loading a 5,000 gallon liquid manure spreader and spreading 'political promises' on fields that would be planted with corn or soybeans. That machine could sling that stuff wide and deep! Sure gave the crops a good start, but the weeds came up pretty fast, too.

Jack Daniel Distillery used to give away their used mash after the booze got squeezed out of it. Local farmers used to pick it up by the tanker load to feed cattle and hogs. Good stuff!

Ain't a joke when it's true! Cattle and hogs get a buzz off that stuff. There's a little fermentation still going on in the stuff. Same thing happens when corn ensilage in silos gets squeezed down; the juice squeezed out is mildly alcoholic, and ain't nothing funnier than watching cows fight over the alcohol puddles and then get falling down commode hugging drunk!
