Well, it was no surprise. Even if Powell does it and says it's within his values I don't disagree, because Powell was always a closet Libtard.

At least there's still Lindsey Lohan and Nikki Manaj  I don't think a single person has ever changed their vote due to an endorsement though. Does anyone know anyone that has?

What a shame, General Powell had quite a distinguished Military career ...

It disgusts me that a media outlet is endorsing a candidate. Unbiased media my butt.

I put no credibility in any endorsement from the Washington Post or the NY Times. Those papers are freaking Pink!!!

...I am all but certain that the Detroit Free Press will come out for Obama.
I think it made more of a difference in the past though. Not so much now. Maybe to the MTV crowd if they don't have opinions of their own yet...
Take that Colin...

Powell did have a few times in Vietnam, but it wsa a brief stint and nothing like MacArthur. Not to change the subject but I think MacArthur was a bid tapped. They said in the Philippines before he finally left, he would go visit the lines on Bataan. He would walk around oblivious to fire. Planes would strafe right next to him and he'd look up at them and mouth sweet insults to the Japanese pilots. Then Sutherland would get some people to go fetch the general from the face of death. No disrespect because MacArthur was MacArthur was MacArthur. He was whatg he was. But he was still a great general. BTW, for anyone that doesn't know, Sutherland was his Chief of Staff during WWII.
