A couple of new hog rifles

WORLD TWORLD T MemberPosts: 262 Member
I just did some trading for a couple of new hog rifles. The first is a Smith M&P AR in 300 Blackout. Neat little gun. The second is a FNH SCAR in .308. I have not had a chance to shoot this gun yet. My gun range just recently closed for good, so I have to find a new place to play. Will get back with results asap.

Oh sometimes I get the itch to redo my inventory. This was one of them. I did some trading for something I have never owned. So far, I am pleased with this move.

Now that is one that makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside, you SUCK!
I have wanted one for a long time, I just haven't come across the right deal yet.

The .300 blackout I just can't get all worked up over since I am such a big .308 fan but who knows, I may try it when I get my suppressors.

I look forward to a range report on both.

Dude, you go through guns like women go through shoes! Have you EVER kept on a full year?

Although I have said that the .308 does not get my socks in flames, I will say that I consider it an excellent deer and hog cartridge. With 150-165 grain bullets at 2650-2900 FPS, it will put porky down for the count very well thank you. My .308 was a great deer rifle. I killed 3 deer with it and they were all but one, DRT, and the one, the first deer I killed with it, ran about 50 yards into the woods. I shot him crossing an open spot and he bolted. But when he remembered he was dead he fell, LOL!!! You gotta love that kind of performance.
