  If all else is normal, the kid will adapt so quickly it will make your head swim! Knew a little girl who popped out without a left hand. Just a nub at the wrist. Turned into a real princess. Played coronet in the band. Did Karate. Cute as a button.

  I wish and hope so, that the baby will be haelthy and fit axcept those left hand fingers. And will live a healthy life as, if not having any other physical defect. So, overall you must consider it a good news for the parents as they have a new child with them and hopfully will keep him for long.

  Wow, that's really tough! Glad he is healthy otherwise. Mine came 12 days early and weighed 5lbs 6oz. 3 weeks in and he's now a chubby monster who seems to not be able to stop eating. I wish the family all the best.
