New york newspaper publishes gun owner names

Does anyone live in Upstate NY. It seems this reporter who wrote this article- Dwight R. Worley--DWIGHT R. WORLEY---, owns guns himself. My question is this, WHY HASN'T SOMEONE PUT A TAG ON THIS GUY, DO ANY INVESTIGATION ON HIM AND THEN SELL IT TO A MAG OR NEWSPAPER. WHO THE HECK DOES THIS GUY THINK HE IS....I wonder how he would feel if someone took some of his personal information and published it. I bet it would put a stop from more of this. This is no joke. There are a lot of liabilities and other things here, how incrediablely irresponsible.

    Someone has indeed done the same thing to the writer and staff of the newspaper.....per today's news

    The personal info on the whole Gannett newspaper chain from the CEO on down has been published online, phone numbers, email addresses, facebook accounts, the whole works. They've been in damage control mode ever since- - - -deleting accounts, changing phone numbers, etc. Good for the researchers who gave 'em a taste of their own medicine!
