Very scary stuff. Let's pray that the tests show good things and that's the last time she has to deal with this.

Thanks ya'll. Spent the day in Decatur sitting in the ER. Several docs of different specialties came thru and chkd her out. The right side is affected to include her speech. She has a hard time with the year of dates. She knows the day and month but the yrs were wrong in all the questions they ask her. My poor little brother, he's 53, found her lying this morning in the bedroom floor probably since around midnite.
Thanks again. It meant a lot for me to post this on here this morning because I knew ya'll would take action.

My aunt, my mother's older sister had a mild stroke about two months back. She seems to have made it past with out any permanent effects, but then she's 95 years old. My mother is 90 and I worry about her too. Both have slightly elevated blood pressure, but both smoked for many years. Their mother, my grandmother only lived to be 104 so I don't have a real rght to be worried.

I didn't mean to make light of your mother's condition, but rather showing how silly I can be about worrying. I worry even though my mother has a good chance of making 100. But we sons are worry warts about our parents.
    Daddy, what's an enabler?
Son that's somebody with nothing to do with his time but keep me in trouble with mom.
