The U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia has dismissed a federal lawsuit aimed at banning ammunition with lead components which amounts to yet another blow for the anti-hunting Center for Biological Diversity (CBD).
...they tried this a few years back, the EPA was mor'n willing to go along, until it was firmly pointed out that the EPA couldn't regulate ammo. Here they are right back @ it again, & they're not going to quit. If they can't get Congress to outlaw guns, they'll try to tax 'em, or "regulate" firearms out of existence...
...the "Regulatory Agencies" are more dangerous than Congress...
