Now your getting it, or as coolgunguy stated, maybe a required trigger lock would have saved this fella! Can't fix stupid.

Breamfisher, some of the newer SAA type revolvers have a safety installed on the left side recoil shield that blocks the hammer. They work if engaged, but look as crappy as the safety on lever action rifles. :vomit:

On my Rugers the transfer bar drops down out of the way when the gun is cocked. Isn't the transfer bar there to protect from a discharge if the gun is dropped.

We realize that stupid is as stupid does. That bad things happen to people and sometimes even to good people. But a liberal journalist is thinking, "We must save these people from themselves." As if we are all children playing with matches.
