Holy crud.... that was a real eye-opener. Elk herds have shrunk from ~19,000 to less than 5,000 since the wolves were re-introduced????!!! Meanwhile, wolf populations have gone from a projected 70-100 wolves to nearly 2000, causing us to lose sight of coyote control since we're so busy trying to keep up with the wolves. CRAZY. And people wonder why we're in a recession? DUH..... quit regulating ourselves to death with inane laws.

This is just yet another example of how we DESPERATELY need to get the Federal Gov't out of States issues, and shrink Federal Government.

Let Wyoming & the other wolf states decide what they need to regulate wolf populations, not the feds...

The real sticker is, that the Feds promised to hand over control to the states once they reached their goals. Goals met, and FAR beyond that, then came the bending over by the F&WS saying nope, we are actually going to keep control of them. And by control, they meant not do a damn thing.

All the states involved PLEADED with the feds NOT to introduce the damn things in the first place.
