Anybody that thinks it is funny to chase a mother and her daughter with a knife would deserve the country whoopin'.

As funny as it was to watch, I'm reminded of a certain saying by someone on this forum about doing stupid stuff..............
Knowledge is essential to living freely and fully; understanding gives knowledge purpose and strength; wisdom is combining the two and applying them appropriately in words and actions.

Exactly. What if that little girl would have run out into traffic? Or any of them for that matter. Not a cool prank.

The language on the movie poster is Spanish, so this probably took place in a country where Chucky wasn't likely to encounter an armed person. Pull this crap in America, especially in the South or Southwest, and it is far more likely this video would have ended up a whole lot shorter.

Brazil, Portuguese, under exigent circumstances, as seen in this video, deadly force is allowed, I know of no jurisdiction in the U.S. where if such an attack is met with deadly force, would be prosecuted.

Or the dog house, and the dog stands and gives you a one legged salute, as he pipes you on board.......

No no no; it is the Sailor that has master at arms duty that pipes you on board.

    Nutty Ned arriving.

When you enter the dog house and he lifts a leg in salute, he is the one that pipes you on board, :jester:

You are after all, on his turf.

I am probably one of the biggest proponents of deescalation and avoidance out there. With that said, if some creepy looking thing busts out of a sign and runs at me with a knife it will be learning first hand the terminal performance of Hornady Critical Defense 9mm ammo. The same thing goes for the other videos out there of people jumping out of trash cans, mailboxes, etc to scare people. I am not going to take the time to find out if it was a prank or an imminent attack. My personal self defense plan is to break contact ASAP and call LE while en route to a safe area. However, if you present a threat to me in such close proximity that I can't break contact, you're done.
