414gr and 425gr .375 rounds next to a 5.56 cartridge for comparison. These bullets are being pushed to 3300 and 3400 fps in 30-32" barrels...yes, please!

Those Kiwis in the N-Z are some ballistic mad scientists. Love it!

Since you basically pour in powder straight from the jug into these cases, it certainly fits the performance over efficiency mantra. :tooth:

Additionally, they use gain twist barrels...about 1:7 at the throat and about 1:10 at the muzzle.

    I'm guessing 50 BMG.

Nevermind, looks like 408 Chey Tac necked down and improved.

I shoot a 408 Chey-Tac case that has been necked down to .375 and improved (Shoulder raised) = 375 Snipe-Tac.
Also sounds close to the 375 Allen Magnum which is very similar to the wildcat above.

I get it but I think you have that backwards? 1:10 at the throat speeding up to 1:7 at the muzzle?

That's what I'm thinking would make more sense, but you never know about these people that want to shoot something two zip codes over.

    Yes...damn bourbon.

Theirs starts at 1:14 at the breech and is 1:9 at the muzzle...and similar twists.
