  The basics-- Zee and Timc used their bullet of choice, then used Trail Boss to clock it under a Chrony just under the speed of sound (just over 1100fps).

  Pick up a copy of Lyman's Cast Bullet Handbook. It may not give you EXACTLY the information you're looking for, but it will give you some insight as to what will be bulky enough to safely ignite in larger cases.
