Almost ready to by my first!
I have my LTC class A number for Mass. Just waiting on the card and pin number to come in.
So far, top of my list is the S&W M&P Shield in 9mm.
This seems like a nice firearm for my first and to conceal carry.
I don't plan to have a bunch of guns. This seems like one I can use for carry and the range.
Then a shotgun for home defence and a 22 cal rifle for range target plinking.
Any others I should look at to compare that are legal in Ma? Doesn't seem like much here. Went to a local gun shop but wasn't given much attention as I didn't yet have my card and pin.
Just didn't see others that were similar to the shield.

With that out of the way....congratulations...
I worked at a Harley dealership for years. I think new folks who go into a Harley shop or a gun store are often a little intimidated. It's like intruding into a secret society. I always went out of my way to make newbies feel comfortable and welcome. I encouraged questions and gave honest answers. I always told folks there are no stupid questions but if they want stupid answers say so and I'd oblige. It was great to see these people go from newbie to enthusiastic riders. Many of them brought their spouses, kids and friends to meet me. I formed many friendships. Hell, I even married one.
Excellent idea.......see what works for YOU...........and welcome to the circus.......Ken

Something less than a plethora...
Guns are cheaper than 4x4s and associated mods.
Welcome to the club. I, unlike the others here, planned to have a bunch of guns. I still plan on getting more.

Excellent word usage. One definition is an inexhaustible amount or supply. I'm not there yet but I'm peddling as fast as I can.
Actually this guy like our Bro Weatherby are our Heroes. They are fighting the good fight. If nobody stands up to the libtard goverments eventually we may all lose. Hang in there you guys.
Son that's somebody with nothing to do with his time but keep me in trouble with mom.
HaHaHa North Forest, this sounds like my life story according to firearms. I bought one rifle 48 years ago. I bought a shotgun 36 years ago when my dad told me to get my own and quit wearing his out. I bought another rifle and another rifle and then a hand gun, and another hand gun and another rifle and the madness went into a tail spin and I'm still in it, LOL!!! Then I got a divorce and she got more than half what I had. So I started over again and have exceeded the number I lost. Just remember, Never say Never! with guns.
