Actually you are right in the middle.

Don't mean squat no matter where you live if you were the victim of a crime, even in a city with a very low crime rate.
Interesting stats, though.

I'd rather have my sister work in a whorehouse than own another Taurus!

There is a shooting on the news about two times a week. Gang central, including Jamaicans, Haitian, and Latin gangs, not to mention good old home grown gang violence. Drugs, poverty. ignorance, and greed all in one tight area.

Unless he had to go through Overtown.
Wasn't overtown called "brown sub " before about 1970, we used to go to a club there called the Sir John in the 50s, they had the best jazz. Back then we never had any trouble.

Me, too. Guess the property type crimes skew the results. Never have felt unsafe in PC or coastal areas East. Now as for Jacksonville and Miami! :silly: :silly: :silly:
Jacksonville was bad in the '70s when my ship was home ported in Mayport. But Jacksonville Beach was pretty safe, except on Navy payday. Buncha sailors and Marines trying to drink the place dry. :tooth:
