I have wanted one of these just to shoot, and this one fits the bill. Auction says 5" barrel, but I am thinking it is longer than that?? (I am OK either way). Its got a little wear but for a shooter / field gun and being 34 years old it should be perfect.

    Looks exactly like mine but I think that is a 6 inch barrel. Mine is 4 5/8. Built around the same time, I think my S/N starts with 67 also. Sweet price you got it for.

    I think your dead on with barrel length. That does not look like a 5" barrel to me either. Yeah, I couldn't pass for that price.
