Had the U.S. troops under this administration been the combatants, there would have been three weeks of deliberations in war rooms in the nation's capitol about the feasability and world-wide impact of our advancing on Gadhafi's doors, a dictum to apprehend if possible and as gently as possible, and ten years of legal investigations while putting the dictator up in sumptuous "prison" accomodations (anybody remember Noriega?)
Sec. of State Clinton's reaction, in a video clip linked further down the posted page, was an incredulous "Wow", followed by repeated remarks to her staff that the reports were "unconfirmed" like many before. She would have gained at least a shred of credibility in my book if she'd at least given a fist-pump and a restrained "Yesss!"
