Saf lauds puerto rico court victory for gun rights !

https://www.saf.org/?p=6431

Class-action lawsuit challenged various articles in Puerto Rico’s gun law, which the court declared unconstitutional. Because of the ruling, Barreras said, Puerto Ricans may now carry openly or concealed without a permit, and they do not need to obtain a permit before purchasing a firearm.

This was a class action lawsuit involving more than 850 individual plaintiffs, she reported to SAF offices. The news was greeted with delight, especially because in reaching its decision, the court cited the Heller and McDonald Supreme Court cases, and the recent ruling in Palmer v. District of Columbia. Both the McDonald and Palmer cases were won by SAF.

“Cumbersome firearms regulations have never prevented criminals from getting their hands on guns,” noted SAF founder and Executive Vice President Alan M. Gottlieb. “They have only inconvenienced law-abiding citizens, or deprived them outright from exercising their rights under the Second Amendment.”

Gottlieb said the lawsuit was brought in a Puerto Rican Commonwealth court, rather than a federal court. Puerto Rico is a U.S. territory and thus is subject to federal court jurisdiction.

“This case turned out better than anyone had really anticipated,” he commented. “We’re very pleased to have played an advisory role in this case, and if there is a government appeal, we’ll definitely be there with whatever support we can provide to our good friends in Puerto Rico.”

More hello Puerto Rico to citizen awakening, in this patriot populated dual language speaking show red in the face populace , now we need a revolution against international bankers "Carpetbaggers" who had imposed a double taxation scheme to feed a government debt ponzi bond fraud .

A Ponzi scheme is a fraudulent investment operation where the operator, an individual or organization, pays returns to its investors from new capital paid to the operators by new investors, rather than from profit earned by the operator. Operators of Ponzi schemes usually entice new investors by offering higher returns than other investments, in the form of short-term returns that are either abnormally high or unusually consistent.

Ponzi schemes occasionally begin as legitimate businesses, until the business fails to achieve the returns expected. The business becomes a Ponzi scheme if it then continues under fraudulent terms. Whatever the initial situation, the perpetuation of the high returns requires an ever-increasing flow of money from new investors to sustain the scheme.[1] Such is the case of Puerto Rico Bonds perpetrated by BANKS !

They had done such with Puerto Rico Bonds debt the corrupt legislators passing tax law that taxes 11.5 % at entry and 11.5% at sales in fact declaring a feudal state of ownership over peoples free enterprise and business (totalitarian feudal state ) . Inter state tax is against US constitution and it will be fought with force by all of us , as there is Blumbergs TALK a similar tax will be imposed in ALL united states as a 26% consumer tax to FORCE people to pay bankers debt & theft .

Iceland gave us a good example ! http://leaksource.info/2013/03/10/icelands-revolution-against-globalist-banksters/ to be followed and put this criminal vermin into jails & throw the key away !

Keep yourselves awake & vigilant its not a regional , race ,or Political problem , its a world survival one !

http://www.forbes.com/sites/davidmarotta/2013/02/11/is-a-national-sales-tax-really-fair/ here is an article pointing to this trend ,

Puerto Rico Legislators first passed a 7% tax,did not eliminated the TAX returns requirement, now increased to 11.5% sales tax and imposed an inter state pay first merchandise tax of 11.5 % totaling 23% tax ( criminal wall street banks orchestrated massive national debt fraud )imposed on this USA Island ... Wake up America as You are next if we fall you fall as WE are AMERICA too !

After checking online, various sources, it seems that as soon as the Court mandated 60 day postponement / appeal process is over, Puerto Rico will finally have great gun laws.
4473 form and Insta check. That's all folks ! Just like Vermont, no permit needed to purchase, or carry, no limits on ammo.
No proving need to the Police or the Court etc..... I think this might work well.
