Is it legal to use a drone for scouting, locating or chasing game animals?

Can a PITA Prick use a drone to scare animals or harass hunters? I Was just out there minding my own business having a good time flying my drone when that crazy hunter shot it down!

I am going to build Raspberry Pi powered remote Wifi camera to see around corners on game trails to just have a little bit more Intel on game movements and being forewarned of when deer are moving on the trail

Plus, it is geek cool. Seeing around corners with your phone while out in the middle of nowhere? Why not?

Shooters at a live pigeon shoot took out a PETA drone. Here's a couple of stories about them getting shot down.

I guess the hunters/shooters didn't like being harassed by the drones and took care of bidness.
