Much as I hate to say it, Bubba was a much better president that Obammy. Sad to say it, but he balanced the budget and did LESS lasting damage.

Bubba had a republican congress that had folks with balls. He learned to work with them, and was able to accomplish a lot of good. Now, we have a gutless republican congress and a president who thinks he's emperor.
