  It was better than I expected and not bad at that.
  Shot loads do not fair well with rifling in any hand gun, buckshot fired out of a full sized shotgun has a horrible pattern if there is rifling involved including just a rifled choke tube.
  I think the judge has a place as a kit gun or a boat gun, esp, in the southeast.

  For what it is and what it ain't, what it costs, all things considered, it is not all it is cracked up to be, I would rather a replica SA revolver .45 Colt.

  It's a niche gun at best. My biggest problem is it's size. It makes an N-frame S&W look portable.

  Not really all that impressed. At best I'd keep it for a snake gun if someone gave it to me free but I've got a .22 for that.
  
  Now the revolver carbine (circuit judge??) I might like just because it's a revolver carbine No real use but it seems like it would be fun

  The legend of the Taurus Judge is right up there with the quote in your signature!
  
  That report further proves that the .410 is lacking penetration and is more of a novelty firearm. The Judge may be fine for getting rid of some pesky varmints, shooting clay birds, and making patterns on paper, but I would never buy one solely for SD.

  The thing that I was hoping to point out was that at past 7 yards, your spread is larger than a human sized target. Considering you are held responsible for every pellet that leaves the barrel, this could be an issue....
