Starting with congress, arguably the biggest welfare bums of all.
In a way, guys like this, Maxine Watters, Sheila Jackson Lee, Nancy Pelosi and others are probably the truest representatives of their constituency of all congress men and women.

Good read, I thought. It is safe to say that the only reason he was re-elected in 2014, was that he represents a majority Black district, and was running against a Republican White Woman.
