Good deal, transmits too, now the Govt can intercept your car info and the police can meet you at home and issue tickets for all your infractions.

Also, the EPA can find you easier as well.

Heck, they can do that (track you) with your cell phones already. Is this like a more advanced OnStar type service? Says here Fleet Managers/Commercial users have been using similar devices for a decade.

Is P.T. Barnum working for Verizon now?

Trucking companies have been using QUALCOMM for years now, as a communications link with their drivers and a monitoring device for location, road speed, idle time, etc. It's basically a 2-way GPS system that tattles on a driver if he strays from his assigned route, spends a few hours with a girlfriend enroute, etc. Big Brother has been watching a lot of us for a long time, if we choose to allow it to happen.

Soon they will have an APP fer everything, if they pretty much don't already.

Touch your finger to your I-phone screen and your Dr will receive Oximeter/Temp and other readings automatically loaded into your medical record and raise a flag if outta parameters..................

They already have a portable scanners sorta like the Sawbones on Star Trek had they can pass over a patient............

Our lives are being hooked up to the Internet more and more each day whether we realize it or not.

Some is life saving and some very convenient, but most can be hacked and or give Big Brother/Big Govt way more private information than I would be comfortable with.

Maybe in a few years there will be a machine in Walmart or outside a Walgreen's like a movie rental dispenser you put a couple bucks in or slide your debit card where you stick your finger in and get a basic health checkup or a booth you step in that gives you a quick scan...............................

Odd how one word can knock the dust off a memory.

It's the Blue Man Group. They do percussion on PVC pipe that makes individual notes according to the length of the pipes. Pretty neat shows if you can catch one on TV.
