Was fortunate to watch my Son fill his KS tag today. (I did have to wake him up for the shot :jester:) It was beautiful, it was aprox. 225 yards with the VTR .308, and he made a perfect heart shot. The Midway factory Second 168 poly tip did an awesome job, he went about 20 yards and down for the count. The Freezer is really full now! Spending time with the family is priceless, when they score it just makes it that much sweeter....

It made a devastating entrance hole, smoked the heart and ended up just inside the hyde on the opposite side...

Same day, short order European mounts are much more pleasant...smelled more like stew....not bad at all.

WOW! What can I say but WOW!!! Great shooting and a fine animal and a fine gun with a good bullet, it doesn't get any better n that!
