Gun maker seeks dismissal of lawsuit over Newtown shooting

I hope the judge throws it out. My prayers :angel2::angel2: go out to all the families/victims, but this is just another frivolous lawsuit blaming a gun for the deaths of those kids, not the sicko who did it.

    I completely agree it is a frivolous lawsuit but one day it will stick ... just a matter of time and with the SCOTUS trending left it is inching closer.
