WOW! So far, they are all acting like presidential candidates. I am impressed.

Very civil, so far...maybe they got the hint to cut it out.

Funny, they are all harping on the same things Trump has been now................maybe the rest are beginning to realize he was on the right track with the Wall/Trade..........

Wow. Kasich actually grew a pair about Israel. I am glad he grew a pair about something.

Didn't I just tell you guys that Trump would stop attacking and start acting more presidential? Best debate so far...

I got to admit, I skipped this one. Fox news, Beck (who I think is losing it) Limbaugh, Hannity , Levin will play it all for me tomorrow. I just needed a break from it all tonight.

Kasich is a good man. He's got a pair but he doesn't flaunt them. He has a talent for using them at the right time.

They are all over Donald's remarks on Muslims, he is right of course. He didn't add a modifier when he said Islam hates us like the word Radical .............so what.

Maybe he is tapping into the many who sarcastically call it "The Religion Of Peace" as some proclaim. Their actions and their vitriolic anti-American speech in mosques all over the world sure make it hard to believe they are even remotely a loving bunch of live and let live folks.

What is saying in so many words is they consider us Infidels.

Sure, he invented all of the important issues - nobody had even noticed the border till he brought it up.

I wish he would also read the Cliff's Notes on Social Security, and make Social Security great. His current solution to that issue? Yep, you guessed it: "Make America great again." Gee, nobody else even thought of that...he's a genius. :silly:

I think if he farts the news media would be there to sniff it and analyze the aroma and debate if he really ate what he said he did earlier.....................

Yeah, just when I think Beck is absolutely looney Tunes he starts to make sense. I don't sell him short. He's not crazy, he's just far right of the right. But he sees some things uncompromisingly more clear than the rest of us. Oh sometimes he misses the mark but everybody does sometimes, but he's more right than he's wrong. And something about him people on here should think about, is that he's Uncompromising on guns. He's solid on the 2A. But like I said, he's far right of even Mark Levin. But we need him, and a few more like him.

Now Dr. Ben has endorsed him. What now can happen? I think all the drop outs see the light and are jockying for VP!:yikes::silly::rotflmao:

Well last night Carly endorsed Cruz. Now the big mystery, Will Cruz and Mario endorse him when they lose out?

What would be the all time no brainer for the establishment is if they would try to get Cruz to run third party. I wouldn't put it past them. Cruz or Rubio either one may be vulnerable enough at that point to establishment BS to get talked into it. That would be a suicide move for the country. It would put Hillary in the White House almost automatically.

At this point, if Marco doesn't throw in with Cruz, it's pretty much over. A long shot would be Cruz winning Florida, Missouri, and North Carolina, and Kasich winning Ohio. All of these are reasonable possibilities with Rubio out, assuming that his supporters would turn out for Cruz. On the other hand, if Rubio stays in for the Tuesday vote, Trump will likely sweep everything, with the possible exception of Ohio.

However, Carson's endorsement is significant, in terms of giving credibility to Trump's good intentions. At this point, Cruz's success or failure is in the hands of Rubio.

Also, given Mitch McConnell's history of capitulation, he could suddenly decide to bend over for Trump, and bring McCain, Graham, and all of the other RINOS with him. Not likely, but at some point, they will cut their losses and try to save their own sweet deals, with either Trump or Cruz.

I can't remember, is Ohio a Winner Take All? If not, even if Kasich wins it Trump would probably take a bunch of votes there.
    Oops! I mean Delegates.

I'm not sure if it was a 4 way tie for last or a 4 way tie for first. Either way, it was nice to watch a civil debate with all the rancor replaced by substantive arguments.

All 4 candidates did themselves proud, and because none of them hurt themselves, or each other, Trump won by default.

Actually, Trump pretty much confirmed that he still supports more Democrat stances than Republican - rewarding Cuba for their fine behavior, no need to repair Social Security, no entitlement reform, no tax cuts, high tariffs, neutral on Israel.

What was it, exactly, that made him so popular with conservative Republicans? Oh yeah, I remember - nothing.
