The front wooden grip has detached from the metal actuating block. How is it attached?

    I think we need a better explaination.
    My interpratation is the actuating rod is disconnected from the breech block. Would require disassembly to hook it back up.

    '97's have a metal cap that screws onto the front of that action bar tube, securing the grip.
