You who lost loved ones at Sandy Hook or at any other mass shooting, but in my opinion, the Second Amendment trumps personal safety. Because if we lose our freedoms our personal safety is meaningless. I don't have a particular link, but it's all over Fox and all the media that the families of those lost at Sandyhook are filing suit against Remington because the particular AR used at Sandyhook happened to be manufactured by Remington. Personally, I cannot see how any rational human being could file suit on the manufacturer of any firearm because they believe such manufacturer should be liable because some scumbag used it to kill people. Talk about a slippery slope! Can you imagine somebody suing GM, Chrysler, or Ford because some drunk killed somebody while driving one of their vehicles? That will be next! This is just criminally insane no matter what you feel about guns and the 2A.
Daddy, what's an enabler?
Son that's somebody with nothing to do with his time but keep me in trouble with mom.

The wife and I were just talking about this....and if one carries this idiocy to it's logical conclusion....a car company could easily be included in a law suit...based on the numbers of people killed by them, the major auto manufacturers should know they are too dangerous to sell to the public...don't even get me started on chainsaws...

The respective ages of the children lost in this terrible traggedy made them angelic in life. The enormity of their loss completely eclipses any conciliatory words I might be able to utter.

    I'm very glad I'm not a lawer.
My thoughts are generally clear. My typing, not so much.

It has to. If individual desires ran the world, we'd be a socialist mess.

    Yep.

Pandering to "feelings" and selfish wants.
