    Unfortunately, folks on both sides of the aisle find accepting defeat gracefully (or graceful winning, for that matter) to be pretty much the same as ancient Romans found virginity... namely as a virtue best found in others.
    "Bipartisan" usually means that a bigger than normal deception is happening.
