The Anti-Gun Mentality... A good article!

I was surfing the web and came across this article on the psychological processes of anti-gunners. I thought it was good. Its on the JPFO web site. This article offers suggestions that are pretty darn good.

One paragraph that really got my attention:

Anti–gun people who refuse to accept the reality of the proven and very serious dangers of civilian disarmament are using denial to protect themselves from the anxiety of feeling helpless and vulnerable. Likewise, gun owners who insist that "the government will never confiscate my guns" are also using denial to protect themselves from the anxiety of contemplating being forcibly disarmed and rendered helpless and vulnerable

Pretty interesting read, thanks! Some of the points he makes are pretty good, such as tailoring your arguments to invoke someone to look in the mirror at their own beliefs.
