I think you will find this on the NFA list based on the definition of one round per trigger pull. By setting it up to fire on the release you are, in essence, getting two rounds per trigger "pull" and are, therefore, into the multiple rounds per trigger pull.
Probably not a good idea...
Not that I'd know about such things, but a NE555 timer IC and some assorted electronic parts can be assembled to drive an electric solenoid at a variable rate to do the same thing. Not that I'd know about such things................ :tooth:

Not necessarily necessary for a BAS. There are some simple ways to double, or more, the pull or push of a solenoid, and a little work on the firearm in question can make the trigger pull lighter.
