  You need your photo ID to cash a check in most instances, so why is it a "hardship" for the same folks who cash their gov't checks to provide that ID to prove their eligibility to vote?

  I'm not at all surprised. The Holder/Obama Justice Department (and I use that term loosely) has opposed just about any law that helps local law enforcement officials do their job. This is just one more example of this.
