Been very busy, one of our fellow forum members PM'ed me asking if I was still kicking.
All is well just super busy, my president has me working too hard trying to keep up!

Anyway, I came across a killer deal on a bunch of ammo. I could use it all except for the 500 rounds of 7.62x25 that was in there with the other 4,500 rounds of ammo so what do you do when you have ammo and no gun for it, you buy the gun right?

I picked up a nice Polish made Tokarev T33 made in 1952 with 3 mags at a fair price. I'm looking forward to playing with this one, fit and finish are really good and it has a nice smooth action.

Thanks, it was the cleanest used gun I ever bought, absolutely spotless. Dealer I bought it from said it came out of an estate. The two spare mags look unused.

Zippy little cartridge. Reminds me I need to dig out my CZ 52 and shoot it again.

Having ammo is a wonderful reason to buy a new gun!

The excuse didn't sit too well with the spousal unit! But hey, it's here!
Besides, I like d guns and this one actually feels pretty good in the hand. I think it would have been better in a 10 round capacity with a little longer grip for my meat hooks.

Them commie bastards are small from lack of food and no freedom, so you get small pistols. I understand "the look" and the "questions" from the spousal unit.......

I don't think I have ever seen a Tokarev that looked that nice, excellent grab.

I was very happy with the condition from the looks it was a safe queen for a long time. I hope it shoots as good as it looks.

Good looking Tokarev and having ammo is always a legitimate reason to buy a gun.
    Good to see you back!
