In which the Big Golden Head gets her new revolver!

The Big Golden Head - AKA my lovely wife - now has two revolvers to her name, her .357 Mag Pug, and her .22LR pathfinder.

Now we just gotta get to the range, for both this and my new Ruger. Never had two virgin guns at the same time!

    Good luck with them

You could not get me to fire that .357 with .357 in it.

Hey, Congrats to the both of you! :guns: :guns:

Any reason she didn't want a .22 with a bit more bbl length?

They should serve you and her well.

She wanted a .22 as similar to her .357 as possible - even though I did detail the accuracy situation to her. Heck, if she can hit things with that .22, she'll be "Golden"!

Ned, I've shot .357 from the Mag Pug - and you're right. It isn't the most pleasant experience in the world. The rubber grip mitigates the recoil impulse better than I'd hoped, but after shooting a cylinder full, I decided I didn't need to do that again anytime soon. My wife, who has shot .357 from my dad's Security Six won't even try it in the Pug.

Because she's used to short "barrels"

I told her she needs to get matching holsters, one for each hip. "Now, DRAW...." in her best snarling voice! :roll2:

I bought the wife a S/W 637 a while back. Then she wanted something about the same size in .22 so she came up with one of those pathfinder SS snubbie.

If I said my wife had a big golden head, I'm sure I would be on the business end of those revolvers :tooth:

Well, the fact of the matter is, she's blonde and has a rather large head. Extra room for additional brains to be packed in! :tooth:
