  Yes it does! Still have mine. It was issued along with the contents of the seabag in boot camp, and was used frequently in classroom study. History and how-to all in one book with most everything you need to know to begin your transformation into a USN Sailor.

  Yup. I was issued one in 2005 with my seabag as well.

  I am afraid we forget sometime that the basic and simple things brings us the most pleasure.

  This one was issued to my dad in 1951, it would be interesting to see how it has changed over the years.
