Started to make European mounting with my buck antlers

Needs final cleaning and whitening. Then I'll have to fabricate a plate for it.

    Looks good. If I may offer a little advice from the friend that does my mounts about your final processes, Dawn dishwashing soap works better than anything for soaking the fats and oils out of the skull to help lighten it up. My buddy soaks them for a week and changes the soapy water every couple of days, then dries the skull for a couple of days, then soaks it in peroxide from a beauty supply store. I've made every possible mistake over the years while doing my own European mounts and there is a night and day difference between my previous boiling, picking, drying, and bleaching techniques compared to his work. I hope this helps.
