I'm resorting to duplicates now.
Another of those Remington 1100 28 gauge skeet guns. I must be an easy mark.
Twins are cool though right?
They are both skinny girls.

Which 28 ga. slugs do you use?

Nice find, again, the one on the left looks just like my 12 ga. 1100 in trap trim

    These.
They shot really well out of the right hand gun.
Very light gun to carry compared to my 11-87

I know them 28s is popular in Europe and have a niche following stateside. I seldom see shells for them on a store shelf so I guess Internet orders to stock up are the way to go or reload your own shells.

Less than a 20 and more than a .410 is about all I know about them and some say they can be appreciated more if the shotgun is downsized for a true 28, not just on a 20 frame.............I dunno.

Thanks, I have good luck with Brenneke slugs also.
Again, if you are going to continue to find cool guns(and everything else you scrounge) you need a new phone or a new camera for pictures, put it on dads gift wish list:)

Chief the frame is smaller but thinking as long as it is not on the 12 gauge frame ?
Could be wrong there but they are far less bulky than them.

Love the look, and it appears at least one of them [ probably both] are easily minute of deer, what more could you ask.

Went to a lgs today. They had a new 28 ga Benelli(i think).  1st new shotgun in 28 ga I remember seeing. No where near as pretty as yours. All black.

I'm hoping this one shoots as well or I may think of switching barrels. The gun just fits better.

I think that's partly why the 28 is in demand in this frame size.

They can shoot their rounds and not get beat up.

Me I see it is an upland game, bunnies, partridge, gun that is easy to tote.
The deer aspect with slugs = shooting one with a 54 cal muzzleloader and that is fine for here.
The first one the stock was cut so it is a bit small for me but this one fits right.
I still Like keeping #1 though as it fits a younger hunter pretty ideally.

The scope in the first picture I picked up too with the gun for 15 bucks its for an old  Elpaso weaver K4.Did get them to throw in the hat too for free.
So reminiscent of time spent with you I was OTD for 386.

That one with the cut down butt can do with heavy coats or a loaner for small shooters.
