  I don't have that banner ad of which you speak. Ad Block Plus works pretty good, I guess!

  Same here. I , also, have UBlock Plus. It says it has blocked 6 ads on this page, from 3 domains.

  If that doesn't work, google S.brighttag.com, and you'll get a lot of websites that say they'll show you how to get rid of it,. Some want you to download some virus software.

  I downloaded adblocker on my laptop and it seems to have gone away!! I'll give it a couple days and if it works I'll load it on my PC.

  Reloaded Ad Block Plus then refreshed/restore to MS Edge. Cleared the problem.
