HEADLIGHT PROBLEMS
Just replaced the headlights on my 98 Dodge 1500 with Sylvania 9004 silverStar Ultra bulbs, they are not much brighter than the originals, i am thinking about using heavier wire and a constant on solenoid wired to the battery, a buddy at the club said it wont work but there is a electronic box to up grade the headlight system, he said it has a capacitor to increase the voltage. Has anyone ever done this and any other ideas.

If fatigued at night, continuous head light reflection like from barrels or cones applied to lengthy lane closures can be real problematic.
