  There will be trapping in California, but only by state agents. Same with mountain lions. Average hunters cannot kill them, but the state pays people to kill around 250 lions per year. They just don't advertise these little details.

  That California legislature sure passes a lot of Bills and the governor signs them. Governor must be a former tattoo artist. And the legislature and all the Bills, and the governor, are like a badly written horror show. Maybe Bill Clinton and his wife Hillary should move out there and run for office. I bet they'd be wildly popular, and then the legislature would have a Bill they couldn't pass, kind of like an impacted colon that won't respond to Ex-Lax or colon irrigation.
