Bill could end trapping in California

I guess the 'highly informed legislators forgot about the Nutria that are destroying California wetlands and irrigation systems. The California legislature passes this one and they are proven to be mentally deficient and morrally bankrupt.

About that nutria problem:

Maybe the California legislature can all take a break from passing idiotic legislation and go out where the nutria are found and appeal to  the nutria's sense of duty and moral courage, and off themselves to stop the destruction of the wetlands, irrigation canals, and levees. Yeah, that might work. :D:D:D:D:D

I had no idea there were nutria in Kalifornia, but then, I only go after beaver when I'm there...

Easy to tell the difference. The nutria are the ugly ones. :D

There will be trapping in California, but only by state agents. Same with mountain lions. Average hunters cannot kill them, but the state pays people to kill around 250 lions per year. They just don't advertise these little details.
When our governing officials dismiss due process as mere semantics, when they exercise powers they don’t have and ignore duties they actually bear, and when we let them get away with it, we have ceased to be our own rulers.

That California legislature sure passes a lot of Bills and the governor signs them. Governor must be a former tattoo artist. And the legislature and all the Bills, and the governor, are like a badly written horror show. Maybe Bill Clinton and his wife Hillary should move out there and run for office. I bet they'd be wildly popular, and then the legislature would have a Bill they couldn't pass, kind of like an impacted colon that won't respond to Ex-Lax or colon irrigation. :D

The Clintons would be gods to the liberals in California.

I really think they could rise to the challenge.
