As I understand it, MO has passed (?) legislation excluding state officials from enforcing federal gun laws deemed unconstitutional by MO courts, and has empowered MO L E officials to arrest federal officials who may be sent to MO to enforce same.  Is that correct?  Did that really happen?  I have to wonder what this will cost the state of MO in lost federal revenues;  I shudder to think!  Anybody have more detail?
