Roku problems

anybody with a Roku box having issues? Ours will do nothing but display a huge ROKU sign. I’ve tried all kind of reboots etc. Google, YouTube as well, and it’s doing the same to both boxes🤔

    My wife has some kind of a mini-Roku, I don't know much about it as TV is her thing, not mine. But I *do* know its working tonite...
