  It’s cool and I can see some applications.  I remember another member here with the background to know this, telling me most Police Snipers engagements happen at less than 100 yards so their skill set and equipment should reflect this.
  
  That being said I think an appropriately configured AR pistol or SBR would be a better choice under almost all scenarios I can think of.

  You have to flex your imagination a bit but you can come up with scenarios where this could be useful.

  

  Outfitted this way, they were capable of pinpoint precise shots in very tight quarters where a rifle would not be a practical option.
  

  Think attic crawl space... Bore a hole looking down on a scene past an air vent -- tight spaces but maybe a 15 - 20 yard shot in a large open room (government building perhaps) with a hostage (human shield) involved.

  My biggest concern will always be the offset. Can't forget about the offset in tight spaces. 😖

  I watched the video. They were very well made revolvers meant to shoot up a LOT of ammo. In addition the reason those were made is that in the place they were used a rifle would stick out and the ranges were within 100 meters or so.

  I believe he had a unique spelling (HvyMax?), but yeah, something to that effect.  And no, he never returned to post his result.  Kinda disappointed.  I expected a 1-MOA sensation. 

  Accuracy: because white space between bullet holes drives me insane.

  Are you sure that's not him? He seems to have the elevation right. 
  
  I enjoyed his thought that the US Armed Forces adopted the AR 15 in 5.56x45 so lesser men and women could handle the recoil.
