Hands on with a 350 Legend

Took a buddy to the range to sight in his new CMMG Resolute in .350 Legend. All in all, I am impressed with the gun.

this has rekindled my interest in this round. I may have to pick up an upper for it to fool with.

He picked up all the available commercial loads and tried them out. Ranging from 145 grain through the 180 grain federal.
The gun seemed to like the heavier bullets. The lighter rounds ran around 2.5” groups, but we got a couple true MOA groups from the 180s. Recoil was very light, and the muzzle blast was very polite, even with a brake on an indoor range. The Hornady 165 grain load was noticeably louder.
i only ran one load for a group personally and did this one below. I called the flyer on the right when I ganked the trigger when the guy next to me touched off a 308.

To make something simple is a thousand times more difficult than to make something complex.
