  I don't particularly like the no trigger guard design.

  Its a novelty. The awkward shape, heavy trigger pull, and diminutive caliber negate its practical function for the manufacturer's intended use.
  
  The 22wmr round can be arguably sufficient for SD. However, once a full size gun is used to deliver it. All advantage of the smaller round are lost, and compromise becomes folly.
  
  My intrigue does imagine such a gun chambered for large bore shot shells. Carried for snake protection in areas where appropriate.

  Soooo. . .you get four shots to a J-frame's five, or a Cobra's six, and have to develop skills needed to run a trigger pull weight and technique that can't be brought to the party from any other firearm you own. That horrid trigger is used to launch 80 grains of lead at a velocity that will be seriously compromised from it's factory spec due to the short barrels, whereas the .38's and .357's will be throwing MINIMUM weights of about 110 grains all the way up to 200.  OK. . .so maybe two .22 Mags hitting side by side simultaneously make for a wider effective wound path, but if that horrid trigger either takes away any semblance of accuracy or requires you to spend more time bracing up to deliver it, what is it really doing to help you out?
  
  I REALLY need to develop a list of The Dumbest Things I've Ever Seen so that I can actually start placing them in some kind of order.  Since this gun may be used to start that list, it's currently at the top.
