  I personally wouldn't use any powered chainsaw sharpening system that doesn't guarantee any more than split second contact with the teeth.  It takes no time to overheat them and soften them right up, ruining the chain.  
  
  I worked at an old SeviStar neighborhood hardware star as a teenager and did chain sharpening as part of the gig.  The biggest thing the owner trained me to do was keep contact with each tooth for *maybe* half a second to ensure no heat damage.  We used one of these deals, which gave you total control over that...

  My saw shop charges $7.00 to sharpen a chain...I keep three chains...and just rotate them...

  Honestly, for home use, I just bought one of these Stihl 2-in-1 manual sharpeners and couldn't be happier.

  Not as fast, but it works great and won't overheat the blade.  It sharpens the teeth and shortens the depth gauge all in one stroke.

  I use the harbor freight version of the sharpener 6gun posted.
  
  Haven't looked at the one you asked about, but knowing that the INSIDE edges of a tooth do the cutting, I can't see how something mounted on the bar can sharpen it while it's running being effective at all

  I got my manual sharpener at the Stihl store when I purchased my Farm Boss.  There is no way in hell I'd attempt to sharpen while the saw is running.  I don't even want to picture the chain breaking...

  That second video link I posted is worth the view for just the chain info it gives. I see from some of the comments there is some confusion on how it works and what the chain looks like..
  
  
  That said, I will still use a round file or one of those sharpeners that uses the post like stones and is hand held.

  The chainsaws we had when I was a kid mostly had sharpers built right into the saw. Seemed to work as I recall.

  This. I keep 6 chains for 2 chainsaws. I take them all in when they need it, have them sharpened and put a sharp chain on each chainsaw and have a couple spares for each. I usually only have to take chains in for sharpening once a year or so for what I do.
