You're right, I don't like mole.  There's a restaurant in a town north of me that serves mole at least twenty different ways...
Yea, I don't care for it myself either. Back when I was house dancer at a Mexican restaurant, I'd usually have their otherwise excellent burrito - but "hold the mole". The owner called that the "white boy burrito" - and yea, she was right! ;)

Once a year is too many times for that! Unless I can have ham, then you're singing my song!

Prime Rib is "ok", beats turkey, but I'd rather have ham myself.

For some reason, turkey has lost it's allure over the years....I'm good with a couple with a couple off slices off the bird every November...Now as far as my apple and sausage stuffing and goblet gravy is concerned, I'm all over that...Thinking about doing a capon and seeing how that works out...

Wild Turkey medallions, breaded and fried with some fresh asparagus and some morels is as close to Springtime Thanksgiving as you can get...

Thanksgiving has never been my favorite holiday - never could understand when I was a small child what the BFD was all about. I don't like Turkey - but I do like the many things that Turkey can be made into as healthier substitutes for other meats.

We just grazed leftovers tonight, probably ordering pizza  tomorrow. But I scored a 8 lb brisket at Safeway the other day and Sunday Michelle is going to try a very simple oven brisket recipe that I found online. I'm looking forward to that.
