  Probably hold out until its obvious. I wouldn't want to be the Dr that did his surgery though.

  If he actually IS having cardiovascular problems, he's probably doomed.  Think about it, the only fat kid in a nation of starving scarecrows - no doctor in that country has ANY experience dealing with that.

  If Lil Kim is brain dead or did bite the dust, then there's a good chance that there will be unabated chaos in NK, and soon. The presumptive replacements are all like bags of granola; fruits, nuts, and flakes with a heaping helping of paranoia thrown in for good measure. Add in the nuke card, and things could get interesting fast.

  Tennmike ain't wrong.  Gotta figure anyone in that country with inherent leadership qualities  got purged by the Kims out of coup-paranoia long ago - - along with their families as well.  If leadership is any any way genetic, those genes are probably gone too.
