Rear sight for PC Carbine (Picatinny rail) help

I like the sight on the pc carbine. I hate it's location. Where Ruger put it halved the sight radius from where I would like it. Ideally an existing AR style sight that already has the Picatinny on it would be ideal, but they all look pretty tall compared to the one on the rifle. Putting on it the existing rail would get it very close to where it should be AKA similar to the M1 Carbine, AR, M1 Garand setup. My aging eyes can use the one there now but I think it could be better.

Thanks in advance.

Edited to add, after a fairly exhaustive internet search, there are no existing ones that specifically say they work on the Ruger, it would just be nice to swap out, I just don't want to discover it's too high, too late.

The problem is that the integral rail on the PC carbine receiver raises the sight too high for the existing front sight. There are a few Williams receiver sights that would work provided that you could stand having a bit of the existing receiver rail milled off to accommodate the lowering of the sight to put it in line with the front sight.
As is, there is no sight available that will be a simple screw on and go sight.
Looking in Brownell's catalog, the N.E.C.G peep sight, #661-040-100AH looks low enough to probably work, and fits Weaver and Picatinny rails. You could give them a call and see what they think about the application.

I looked around and didn’t find anything either.

Thought of putting a red dot on?

If the sights that would work in the back are too high, is the front blade replaceable with a higher one?

Looks like two small allen head screws and the front sight comes right off.

    Thanks Tenmike.I will call Brownells.

I found this one and it's slightly different sister. Just not sure on how to measure sight height to make sure I get the correct one.

You have a fairly accurate bore laser? You put that in the muzzle end and find a target off about shooting distance and hold a 6" rule on the top of the rail and see what number aligns on your specified target and front sight. It works well. Also easier to do with sandbags and a table or bench.
