I'm really hooked on Forged in Fire. I was watching the two week summer show down and lad from Wichita Falls TX named Chad Kennedy won the $15K first prize. He was head and shoulders about the rest of the contestants. Since WF is a short 50 miles away I reached out to him to talk about a small knife project which now is not going to happen. Super nice guy, he currently has a four year waiting list on knives. I thought waiting two years or so for a rifle was up there. His prices start at $650 for his smallest hunting knife without Damascus steel. Too long for me to wait and prices a bit out of my price range. He must have quite a following.
